Ingredients:
~ Tbs Oil for fry scallion, ginger, chili pepper Tbs Soy Sauce Reduced NaCl (sodium) 1 Tbs Miso Paste 1/4 Cup Dashi Broth or water with a few drops of fish sauce 1 small recipe citrus vinaigrette Napa Cabbage Red Pepper Sesame oil, Sesame seeds, cilantro Prepare vinaigrette: Fry ginger/ chili pepper in tbs oil, add scallion for a second then add dashi broth and soy. Turn off heat, let sit for a bit to cool off, add miso paste and combine with vinaigrette, whisk Boil the noodles according to package, drain and sprinkle a bit Evoo/sesame oil. Work in with chop-sticks Shred vegetables and cut peppers thin into 1 inch julienne strips Fine slice scallion greens and toss all veg into noodles with chop sticks Toss in sauce and dress with sesame seeds/ cilantro Warm noodles will eat the sauce a little (absorb)
