INSTRUCTIONS:  Please fill out the form below and hit the submit button when you have verified all the information is correct.  You will receive an automatic confirmation of the information and order.  Use the Tab key to move down the form and Shift+Tab key to move up the form.  We only accept Visa and Mastercard credit card numbers over they phone or by fax for security purposes.  If you wish to pay by credit card, please call (805) 571-7244 with your card number or print out a copy of the auto generated reply to your order and write in your credit card number and expiration date and fax to (805) 571-1147.  If you would like to pay by check or direct bank transfer, you may still fill out the order form and select the payment method in the billing section below.  Contact us by phone for our banking instructions or mail the chack with a copy of your order confirmation.  If you order an item that we do not have in stock we will contact you with the delivery schedule.  For upgrades, please contact us directly as all upgrades must be scheduled in advance of the work.
